Loan buyout and consolidation
Enquire about moving an existing UAE loan. Settlement costs from the current lender are separate.
A buyout enquiry asks whether an existing facility can be discussed with another lender. A lower instalment can still mean a higher total repayment if the term is longer.
- Statements for the existing facility are commonly requested.
